Our brunch guide for 2023
2023 is sure to bring a whole new weekend vibe. I’m tipping Brunch in Galway to grow expodentially. I first tried Brunch in Dubai and it was quite the boozy affair. I worried if such a thing could work in Ireland. I was wrong, Galway has a lot of brunch to offer due to its spectacular foodie offerings that outshine any concerns of too much drink involvement. The food offering in Galway has risen to new heights and here are just a few of the hotspots to check out for brunch in 2023.
Dela
Seeing queues from morning on weekends is a sure welcoming sign that you have come to the right place. Possibly Galway’s best brunch, Dela has curated fantastic farm to fork food and hospitality. They offer brunch service seven days a week most of the year. Their drinks menu has vegan, organic and natural wines too. If wine isn’t your thing they do craft beer and cocktails too. Brunch includes breakfast favourites such as eggs benedict and pancakes. Specialities include their breakfast platter and brunch burrito.
