Éan is brought to you by the team that were behind Loam, a michelin starred restaurant that was located on Fairgreen Road. Now they have turned their attention to Éan. Its no surprise this place was given a Michelin Gourmand Bib. They also have a bakery serving some of the only vegan pastries in Galway. They are a sustainable business too.
